🏭 Factory Quality Control & Production Flow Introduction

🌾 1. Raw Material Selection

Only fresh, newly harvested 2025 season Normal White Garlic is used.

  • Garlic bulbs are sourced directly from contracted growing bases in Shandong, Henan, and Jiangsu.

  • Each batch is visually inspected for size, color, maturity, and absence of defects.

  • Non-conforming or old-season garlic is rejected immediately.

🧄 2. Peeling & Sorting

  • Fresh bulbs are mechanically and manually peeled under hygienic conditions.

  • Skilled workers remove any damaged or split cloves.

  • Cloves are graded for uniform size, shape, and color.

  • Only clean, healthy, ivory-white cloves proceed to brining.

💧 3. Washing & Brining

  • Peeled cloves are thoroughly washed in filtered, potable water.

  • Then immediately soaked in a food-grade salt solution (7–10% NaCl).

  • The brine is prepared under controlled pH and salinity to inhibit microbial growth and preserve flavor.

  • Cloves are gently agitated to ensure full salt penetration and even color.

🧴 4. Filling & Packaging

  • The brined garlic is filled into clean, food-grade plastic drums (50 kg or 180 kg).

  • Each drum is lined with double PE inner bags for leak prevention.

  • Drums are sealed tightly with lids and labeled according to export specifications (net weight, batch code, production date, etc.).

🔍 5. Quality Control (QC) Process

Every production batch undergoes strict multi-stage quality control:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: Freshness, size, and moisture content.

  2. Brine Analysis: Salt %, pH value, and microbiological cleanliness.

📦 6. Storage & Shipment

  • Finished drums are stored in a cool, shaded warehouse (ambient ≤ 25 °C).

  • Regular brine monitoring ensures stability throughout the storage period.

  • For export, drums are loaded efficiently into 20’ FCL containers (≈ 20 MT).

  • Containers are checked for cleanliness and sealing before dispatch.

🌟 7. Traceability & Documentation

Each shipment includes:

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)

  • Phytosanitary certificate (if required)

  • Product Specification Sheet / TDS

  • Export packing list & origin documents
